A circle for women in transition

There are seasons when the life you’ve known begins to change — sometimes because you chose it, sometimes because life chose it for you.

A relationship ends. Children need you differently. Your work, your body, or your friendships shift. Or you simply realize that the life you’ve been living no longer quite fits.

Becoming More Myself

And a question begins to emerge:

Who am I now, and what do I want to create next?

Becoming More Myself is a small, private gathering for women exploring that question together.

Over six weeks, we’ll make room to honor what has happened, reconnect with what matters to you, and begin shaping what comes next.

You don’t need to arrive with answers. Curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are are enough.

A place for you in the midst of change

You may be navigating separation or divorce, an empty nest, a career change, a shift in your health, or a quieter change in how you see yourself.

Perhaps you’ve spent years organizing your life around other people’s needs and are beginning to wonder what you want. Creativity, friendship, pleasure, adventure, rest, purpose—some part of you may be asking for more room.

Your story matters here, including the parts that didn’t go as planned. You’re allowed to change direction.

What we’ll explore

Our conversations will center on questions like:

  • Who am I beyond the roles and responsibilities I carry?

  • What parts of myself have gotten quieter or been set aside?

  • What patterns and expectations am I ready to reconsider?

  • What am I longing for, and what do I want to reclaim?

  • What would it look like to trust myself as I take my next steps?

The invitation is to let your past inform and support you while making room for a future you actively choose.

What to expect

We’ll meet online for six weekly, 90-minute sessions, combining facilitated conversation, guided reflection, and simple experiential practices that help you notice what you feel, need, and want.

There will be space to speak, listen, and be witnessed without having to tidy your experience into a neat story. You choose how much you share.

This is a private, closed circle with the same women throughout. We’ll establish shared agreements around confidentiality and respectful participation, giving our conversations room to deepen over time.

Registration is a commitment to the complete six-week journey.
