Individual Relationship Coaching
Become More Fully Yourself
For people navigating life’s thresholds with greater clarity, courage, and connection.
Life has a way of asking more of us than we expected.
Sometimes it happens through a relationship.
Sometimes through a divorce.
Sometimes through becoming a parent.
Or losing one.
Sometimes through a career that no longer fits.
Or the quiet realization that the life you’ve built no longer feels like your own.
You may not be in crisis.
In many ways, your life may look good from the outside.
But something in you knows you’re standing at a threshold.
Not because you’re broken.
Because life is asking something new of you.
You don’t need someone to tell you what to do.
You need someone who can help you hear yourself again.
Relationships Are Where We Become More Fully Ourselves
I believe our closest relationships don’t just reflect who we are.
They shape who we’re becoming.
Whether you’re navigating dating, marriage, divorce, family relationships, friendships, leadership, or simply your relationship with yourself, the questions underneath are often remarkably similar.
Who am I now?
What do I actually want?
Can I trust myself?
Can I stay connected to the people I love without losing myself?
Those questions are rarely answered by thinking harder.
They are lived into.
That’s the work we do together.
“I came in thinking I needed help fixing my relationship. I left with a completely different relationship with myself.”
Maybe You’re Standing at One of These Thresholds…
Perhaps you’ve always been the responsible one, carrying more than your share.
Or maybe you’ve become so fiercely independent that asking for help feels almost impossible.
Maybe conflict makes you pull away.
Or maybe you find yourself pushing harder, only to wonder later why you reacted the way you did.
Maybe you’ve built a successful life…
…but lately you’ve started wondering whether it actually fits who you’re becoming.
Maybe you’re questioning a relationship.
Or grieving one.
Maybe you’re dating again after years away.
Maybe you’re trying to become the kind of parent, partner, friend, or leader you never had growing up.
Maybe you’re simply tired of repeating the same patterns and ready to understand what’s creating them.
Whatever brings you here…
You don’t have to fit a particular story.
The common thread isn’t personality.
It’s that your current way of moving through life no longer feels like enough.
Something in you is asking to grow.
My Approach
I don’t work with people because they’re ‘broken’.
I work with people who can feel that they’re standing at a threshold.
Something in their life is asking them to become more honest.
More grounded.
More courageous.
More fully themselves.
Together, we create the conditions for that growth.
We’ll slow things down enough to notice the patterns that have shaped your relationships, your choices, and the way you move through the world.
Not so you can judge yourself.
So you can understand yourself.
Over time, you’ll begin recognizing the difference between old protective strategies and the person you’re becoming.
You’ll strengthen your capacity to stay present when life feels uncertain.
To trust yourself.
To express yourself.
To lead yourself.
To remain yourself…
…while staying deeply connected to others.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about becoming more fully yourself.
“Sarah never told me what decision to make. She helped me trust myself enough to make it.”
What We Can Work On Together
Every coaching relationship is unique, but people often come to me because they’re navigating:
Relationship uncertainty
Dating and recurring relationship patterns
Marriage and partnership challenges
Divorce and life after divorce
Family relationships
Major life transitions
Boundaries and people-pleasing
Communication and conflict
Self-trust
Identity shifts
Grief and loss
Leadership and relational courage
Sometimes the relationship changes. Sometimes you do.
Most often… both do.
My Philosophy
Healthy relationships don’t require you to choose between yourself and the people you love.
The healthiest relationships make room for two whole people.
Love should expand you, not shrink you.
Growth asks relationships to evolve—not simply endure.
I believe relationships are where we become more fully ourselves.
And when we become more fully ourselves, we create healthier relationships—with our partners, our families, our communities, and ourselves.
“For the first time in years I felt like I could hear my own voice.”
If you’re standing at a threshold, let’s begin with a Relationship Clarity Conversation
You don’t need to know exactly what comes next. You don’t have to arrive with a plan. Only a willingness to become curious about the life that’s unfolding in front of you.
If you’re standing at a threshold and looking for a thoughtful guide, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
If this feels like the season you’re in, I’d love to meet you for a complimentary Relationship Clarity Conversation.
We’ll spend about 45 minutes exploring where you are, what feels most alive, what you’re longing for, and where there may be an opportunity for meaningful change.
If coaching together feels like the right next step, we can explore that too.
Sometimes people leave knowing they want to work together. Sometimes they leave realizing they don’t. Either outcome is valuable.
My goal is simply to help you find clarity.
