Private Relationship Coaching for Couples and Individuals

Break painful patterns, rebuild trust, and feel close again

I help established couples and devoted partners who feel distant, stuck in painful patterns, or disconnected from their spark rebuild trust, communicate with care, and feel close again.

Sarah simplifies things my husband and I find complicated. Things we make difficult, she makes easy. Even after only a few sessions, it’s clear to us she is a master of her craft.

Does This Sound Familiar?

  • Do you wonder whether your relationship could feel truly alive again?

  • Why does your partner sometimes get the most reactive parts of you instead of the best?

  • How do you care for the relationship when you feel discouraged, disconnected, or alone?

  • How do you rebuild trust after small hurts and disappointments begin to accumulate?

If you’ve asked these questions, you’re not alone. Relationships evolve over time, and sustaining a deep, loving connection takes intention, practice, and skill.

Relationship coaching can help you change the pattern—not just talk about it.

Whether you’re struggling with communication, feeling emotionally distant, or repeating the same painful cycle, this work can help you rebuild trust and create a more connected partnership.

A Body-Based, Systems-Oriented Approach to Relationship Coaching

My approach draws from Relational Life Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, MatrixWorks, somatic awareness, and living-systems thinking. Together, these perspectives help us look beyond the surface argument to understand the pattern taking shape between you.

We pay attention to what happens in your body, the protective strategies each partner brings into the relationship, and the larger system you are creating together. This makes it possible to interrupt reactive cycles and practice something different in real time.

I bring warmth, honesty, and care-frontation to the work—supporting you to take responsibility without shame, stay in contact with yourself, and respond in a more relational way. I will not simply validate the pattern and send you home with another communication script. I will help you notice where you lose contact with yourself, understand what you are protecting, and move toward the relationship you want to create.

The goal is not perfection. It is greater steadiness, deeper contact, more skillful repair, and a partnership that feels increasingly alive and intentional.

Training that informs my work

I am certified in Relational Life Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and MatrixWorks, with additional training in somatic practice and living-systems approaches.

I’m learning how to stay with myself instead of getting pulled into everything around me. There’s more excitement, more happiness, and definitely less anxiety and tension in me.
