Create Relationships That Inspire You to Come Alive

Understand the patterns that keep you stuck, trust yourself more deeply, and create relationships where you can be fully yourself — and deeply connected to the people you love.

Healthy relationships shouldn’t require you to become less of yourself.

We become more of who we are inside meaningful connection.

The people we love reveal so much about us—what we long for, where we protect ourselves, and the patterns we’ve learned along the way.

But they also call new parts of us forward.

I believe relationships can help us become more honest, courageous, connected, and fully ourselves. That’s the heart of my work.

INDIVIDUALS

Become More Yourself

Navigate relationships, transitions, and the places in life asking you to grow.

COUPLES

Feel Like ‘Us’ Again

Break stuck patterns and create more connection, intimacy, and aliveness.

PREMARITAL

Build Your Marriage

Create a strong relational foundation for the life you’re building together.

Maybe Something Is Asking to Change…

You understand the pattern.
But you keep finding yourself inside it.

You love each other.
But something between you feels different.

Or maybe you’re questioning a relationship, grieving one, beginning again, or realizing the life you’ve built no longer quite fits.

You don’t have to be in crisis to want something more.

Healthier Patterns

Relational Courage

Deeper Connection

Repair & Resilience

Move through hurt and conflict without letting them become chronic distance.

More Aliveness

Create more room for affection, laughter, intimacy, meaning, and play.

I’m Sarah Melissa.

I’m a human development coach specializing in relationships.

Relationships are one of the most powerful places we encounter ourselves—our histories, protective patterns, longings, courage, and the people we’re becoming.

My approach draws from Relational Life Therapy, Gestalt practice, nervous system awareness, and living-systems thinking.

We won’t only talk about why you do what you do.

We’ll practice something different.

What Clients Say

“We've stopped spiraling and can actually repair after conflict.”

“I feel more confident with my partner instead of walking on eggshells.”

"It’s clear she is a master of her craft.”

The Relationship Salon

I think we’re hungry for places where we can slow down.

To listen. Wonder. Laugh. Ask better questions. And remember that we’re not alone.

That’s why I host a free monthly gathering for thoughtful people who enjoy meaningful conversations about relationships, connection, and what it means to be human.

Not a workshop. Not therapy. Not networking. Just thoughtful people slowing down together around questions that matter.
