How I Support You and Your Officiant

You might be wondering if your loved one will be able to write a great ceremony or handle the responsibilities involved. Don't worry! I’ll provide all the guidance and support needed.

Together, we’ll craft a ceremony that celebrates your journey. Your love story is one of a kind—your ceremony should be, too. I work closely with you to create a personalized, heartfelt experience that reflects your values, personality, and connection.

Here’s how:

Step 1. Discovery Questionnaire: We begin with an easy, thoughtful questionnaire to uncover what matters most to you. This step helps shape your ceremony’s tone, structure, and emotional core. Optional personal prompts invite deeper conversations between you and your partner, often bringing you even closer as you prepare for your big day.

Step 2. Ceremony Design & Script Draft: You'll receive a first draft of your ceremony along with a “choose-your-own-adventure” style planning guide. This includes customizable structure options, vow-writing support, creative ways to include your guests, and a collection of meaningful readings and quotes. Together, we’ll fine-tune every word—adding personal touches like your love story, ring-warming rituals, or surprise elements for your guests.

Step 3. Officiant Training: I’ll meet with your chosen officiant to provide them with the tools and tips they’ll need to succeed. From public speaking, to getting ordained, to ceremony design, to making sure your marriage is legit—I’ll make sure they feel confident and prepared to make your ceremony perfectly you.

Ongoing Support

I’ll be there for any questions or concerns that arise throughout the planning process. You and your officiant will have my full support every step of the way. I even offer relationship coaching anytime partnership gets hard!

Locations and Flexibility!

No matter where you are located, I’m here to help! Whether you are in Colorado or not, I can work with you and your chosen officiant through online meetings or in-person consultations, depending on what works best for you. My goal is to make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible, no matter where you are.

I consulted with Sarah before officiating my first wedding. She was easy to talk to and set my mind at rest that we could create a meaningful ceremony for my friends. She had such insightful and helpful ideas for the ceremony that supported the vision of the couple. After talking with Sarah, instead of feeling anxious for the big day, I felt confident and eager. People were shocked this was my first time officiating! And I owe Sarah for much of my success and enjoyment of the process. I highly recommend her!

People said the ceremony was PERFECT.
Thank you for all the resources. They helped me guide the couples’ written vows, and I think they also helped the best man and maid of honor create better speeches after the conversations we had. Thank you for sharing your craft with me, it was an enormous help.
