The Relationship Salon
Meaningful Conversations About Love, Connection, and Being Human
Sunday mornings 10-11:30am MT once a month: Sept 20 / Oct 11 / Nov 8
Relationships shape the quality of our lives.
And yet many of us spend surprisingly little time exploring them with other thoughtful people.
The Relationship Salon is a free monthly gathering for people who are curious about connection, intimacy, communication, personal growth, and the art of building relationships that actually work.
What To Expect
Each salon includes:
A short opening reflection from Sarah
Guided discussion around a central theme
Opportunities for small-group or partner conversations
Practical insights you can bring back into your relationships
A welcoming community of thoughtful humans
No prior experience is needed.
No pressure to share more than feels comfortable.
Just come as you are.
This is not therapy.
It’s not a lecture.
It’s not a workshop.
It’s a space to slow down, become more present, and explore what it means to be human in relationship.
Whether you’re partnered, single, married, divorced, dating, or simply interested in understanding yourself and others more deeply, you’re welcome here.
The Relationship Salon is part of a larger vision: creating more spaces where people become more themselves through meaningful connection.
Each gathering centers around a single topic, question, or theme and includes guided conversation, reflection, and connection with others.
Upcoming Topic:
What does it mean to be truly seen?
Together we’ll explore:
What happens when another person really sees us—not simply the role we play or the version of ourselves we know how to present, but something true underneath?
What allows us to feel known?
And what does it take to truly see another person?
Who This Is For
This gathering is for people who:
Care about relationships
Enjoy meaningful conversations
Are interested in personal growth

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the Relationship Salon for?
The Relationship Salon is for anyone who enjoys thoughtful conversations about relationships, connection, communication, and personal growth. Whether you’re single, partnered, married, divorced, dating, or simply curious about what it means to build meaningful relationships, you’re welcome here.
Do I need to attend with a partner?
Not at all. Many people attend on their own, while others come with a partner or friend. The conversations are designed to be valuable regardless of your relationship status.
Is this therapy or group coaching?
No. The Relationship Salon is not therapy, group coaching, or a workshop. It’s a facilitated community conversation where we explore meaningful questions together in a thoughtful and welcoming environment.
Will I be expected to share personal details?
Only as much as feels comfortable. You’re always welcome to participate by listening, reflecting, or contributing in whatever way feels right for you. There is never any pressure to share more than you’d like.
What kinds of topics do you discuss?
Each month we explore a different theme related to relationships and human connection. Topics may include communication, intimacy, conflict, trust, belonging, loneliness, friendship, family, personal growth, and what helps us build healthier, more connected lives.
Is there a cost to attend?
No. The Relationship Salon is complimentary. My hope is to create an accessible space where people can gather, reflect, and experience meaningful connection together.
What if I discover I’d like additional support?
Wonderful. While the Relationship Salon is a standalone community gathering, many people choose to continue exploring their relationships through private coaching or a Relationship Clarity Conversation. If you’re interested, I’d be happy to tell you more after the gathering.
Topics may include emotional intimacy, communication, recurring relationship patterns, conflict, trust, belonging, attachment, personal growth, partnership, parenting, and the role connection plays in helping us become more fully ourselves.
